I designed this elevated cat food bowl for Curie, a curious one-year-old feline who deserves the best. Regardless of age, any cat will benefit from eating out of a raised food bowl instead of a standard one that sits close to the ground. A higher-up position makes mealtime more comfortable for cats and reduces the likelihood of dust and dirt contaminating their food. Eating at a raised height also promotes better digestion in felines. For older cats or those recovering from injuries, this elevated eating surface is a godsend for their joints. Just remember to use dry food only with this bowl, as any moisture can lead to the growth of bacteria and mold between the microscopic ridges. If you want to serve wet food without worrying about bacterial growth, simply coat it thoroughly with a safe sealant before serving.
