Raise3D Wheel Cup

This is a custom designed wheel cup for Raise3D printers. I observed that the printer exhibited excessive vibration above 50mm/sec. Additionally, I felt that placing an expensive printer on wheels on a desk was not ideal, even though the wheels have locking mechanisms in place. These wheel cups securely cradle the casters at each corner of the printer. A 1mm thick self-adhesive rubber sheet from craft stores was applied to the bottom to enhance grip. As a result, it has noticeably reduced vibration and significantly improved stability for the printer.
