Raise3D - spool holder
thingiverse
I remixed a remix of a remix to get a neat silica-packed spoolholder with hygrometer for Raise3D Pro2. I used the mounting part of (which has a nice pressfit): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3721680 And used the large silica container and hygro-lid from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4820432 I bought a digital hygrometer from amazon (also nice pressfit in the printed lid): https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B095Y3MQ87?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=&linkId=f2b2c7ed6bdfbbe17c8cf40344576095&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl or: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B095Y3MQ87?ie=UTF8&psc=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=&linkId=f2b2c7ed6bdfbbe17c8cf40344576095&language=de_DE&ref_=as_li_ss_tl I printed with Raise3D-Pro2 using Carbon-fibre-filled PLA but better use something heat resistant like ABS or PC. My part starts to deform now during long ABS prints with enclosure. Print it upright with supports on platform only. I used 0.6mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer hight, 30% infill, and 3 perimeters. Once printed, just remove the supports, place the hygrometer in the lid, fill up the container with silica (preferably big grains), screw on the lid and place it in your machine. EDIT: Printed it in ABS+ now, fits perfect and survives enclosure temperatures. Also raised the flowrate by 5% to get the wave geometry sturdier.
