Raise3d Pro2 Extruder and HeatBreak Cooling for Copperhead Kit
thingiverse
The formal (non do-it-yourself) hotend upgrade kit from SliceEngineering for the copperhead on the Raise3D Pro2 is just a few MM longer than the stock hotends. This creates an inadequate material cooling and also inefficient heatbreak cooling which can result in clogs etc. I have simply taken the design by Snowrunner321 and lowered each fan bracket by 2mm. All other things remain the same, same hardware and fans as in doctorwilly's work, which I'll paste below for easy of use sake: Required Parts:1x - 50x15mm 12VDC Blower Fan (MF50151VX-B00U-A99)https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/sunon/mf50151vx-b00u-a99/?qs=EU6FO9ffTwfWIV5p3irB3g%3D%3D&countrycode=US¤cycode=USD2x - 45x10mm 12VDC Blower Fan (BFB04512HHA-C)https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/delta-electronics/bfb04512hha-c/?qs=%2FW4LtXOBxKtB2j0tNbvtEw%3D%3D&countrycode=US¤cycode=USDM3 Hexagonal Nutshttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H1NPJGP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1M3 Bolts (8mm, 12mm, 20mm, and 25mm lengths)https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N2XYON0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
