Required:PTFE Tubing Length of Your Choosing (4mm OD x 3mm ID)(2) M4 x 12mm Screws1in Wide, Heavy Duty Double Sided Tape0.15mm Layer height (recommended to maintain printed threads)This PTFE tubing holder utilizes integrated clamps that secures the PTFE tubing using a couple M4 screw. It attaches to the Pro3 filament side door using two small squares of heavy duty double sided tape and routing PTFE tubes through existing holes in door. This holder is not limited to the Raise3D Pro3 as it can be taped to any surface for routing reverse Bowden setups, such as enclosures.Installation Instructions:Remove factory rubber plug grommets from filament side door.Clean the holder and Pro3 filament door surface near factory holes.Apply double sided tape squares to holder. Areas are marked "T" for tape. (ensure tape is not intruding on PTFE hole, do not remove tape covering)Insert PTFE tubing sections through holder holes to where 5-6in of PTFE is exposed on the tape side of the holder (extra length prevents binding/wear and allows smoother flow to sensors)Remove the tape covering.Insert the exposed PTFE tube sections THROUGH the two factory door holes in the Pro3 filament door while ensuring the PTFE Holder remains square.Firmly press the holder tape against the door.Install and snug screw down to clamp PTFE Tubing into holder (do not over-tighten)Installation Tip:If PTFE tubing is hard to insert into clamp when installing, use a flathead screwdriver as a wedge to expand the clamp and allow PTFE tubing to move freely.
