I chose this design for its precision and versatility. The mount's stiffness allows for extremely tight measurement tolerances, ensuring accurate readings every time. By utilizing the home button for X and Y axes, I can achieve a high level of control over the calibration process. Additionally, the design enables me to access any required position on the printbed without having to touch any other part of the printer, except for the printbed itself. This freedom of movement is particularly useful when working with PLA at 60°C, as it allows me to calibrate the printbed precisely during printing.
