The bottom measures 300mm long and the top is similarly sized. Scaling was a straightforward process. Future enhancements will be integrated as needed and documented throughout the design phase. A sturdy spool holder solution weighing approximately 2.5kg required a practical approach, which this design provided. Constructed from standard PLA material at 220C with a layer height of 0.15mm and 15% infill, the part printed with ease. Standard support structures were used for the holes, which were then removed by hand.
