Raise3D N2+ Frontal Fan Duct Attachment
thingiverse
Designed a fan duct which uses the pressure from a blower to create a high pressure vent directed directly at the nozzle from a distance to prevent melting/interference of the fan duct with minimal adjustment. Use only 10-30% fan speed otherwise it will cool the nozzle too much to allow extrusion (can experiment with higher, but using 100% will cause your extrusion to jam due to low temps). Using this fan: https://www.amazon.com/GDSTIME-40x40x20mm-Brushless-Cooler-Cooling/dp/B015S5XFJE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1535748835&sr=8-3&keywords=40x40x20mm+blower 40x40x20 mm blower fan The Front Holder piece mounts directly to the front of the N2 using 2 M3 socket head cap screws. Then secure the fan to the redirection duct (only really need a 1x M3x16 to 20 mm screw). Then secure the fan with duct to the front holder piece with more M3 screws (I believe 16mm in length). Don't need to tap anything as threads are in the parts (and the Raise3D N2+ is generally able to print threads).
