Raise3d N2 Bearing Spool Holder

I couldn't find a Bearing Spool Holder designed specifically for the Raise 3D N2 that didn't require additional hardware besides bearings, so I combined models from an Ender 3 bearing spool holder and a Raise 3D spool holder. This design allows the door to still close while accommodating spools with up to 72mm center thickness. Four 608 bearings are required for this setup. I redesigned the bearing body based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3423230 and the attachment hook based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2289328.
