Raise3D Gantry Alignment
thingiverse
I discovered a more effective way to align gantry alignment on Raise3D printers than the recommended method. The standard procedure is to adjust the distance from slider blocks to the end face of the belt pulleys, but in reality, you should align the center shafts parallel to the gantry shafts. To achieve this, you'll need spacer clips, similar to the ones I've designed, which attach to the rods and ensure the shafts are parallel before tightening all the pulley screws and slider block screws. The clips I've designed position the center rods precisely in the middle of the gantry on the N1 printer, so there are clips of two different lengths: one type for X and one type for Y. You can even install clips from both sides if desired. For N2 printers, however, clips can only be used from one side.
