Raise3D Front Blower Fan Bracket

Raise3D Front Blower Fan Bracket

This is a remix of the fantastic bracket by Firesped and Anubis132. Unfortunately when printed on my Zortax the fan port was too large for the blower fans I was using so this is a simple remix making the fan duct entrance just 0.8mm narrow which provides a perfect fit for the fans I am using. Attach two M3x16 bolts directly to the two small holes that sit between the hot end attachment bolts on the front of the extruder, then fit the fan to the bracket and attach it with either two M4 bolts or two M3 bolts and nyloc nuts. Next, plug the cable into the second from front connector or on the breakout board, making sure to observe polarity as other fans require - you may need to swap the pins in the small white fan connector. Finally, use your slicer to control this fan as part of your slicer settings.
