Raise3D Front Blower Fan Bracket

Raise3D Front Blower Fan Bracket

This is a remix of the fantastic bracket by Firesped and Anubis132. Unfortunately when printed on my Zortax the fan port was too large for the blower fans I was using so this is a simple remix making the fan duct entrance just 0.8mm narrow which provides a perfect fit for the fans I am using. Attach using 2 x M3x16 bolts direct to the 2 small holes that sit directly between the hot end attchment bolts on the front of the extruder (these holes may be covered by the Cuation: Hot sticker). Then fit the fan to the bracket and attach using either 2 x M4 bolts direct to the holes in the bracket or 2 x M3 bolts and nyloc nuts. Plug cable into the second from front connect or on the breakout board (observe polarity as other fans - you may need to swap the pins in the small white fan connector). Then simply use your cslicer to control this fan as part of the slicer settings. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.14-0.2 Infill: 40% + Notes: Printed on an M2090 using Z-Ultrat to cope with the temps around the hot end.
