Raise3D - 35mm Fan Guard
thingiverse
On the Raise3D N2 printers, the cooling fans are conveniently located where the blades face outward with no protective cover. This makes it relatively simple to accidentally hit them with a tool or finger while working on the printer. These small fans have two tiny plugs at the bottom that fit snugly into the existing fan and holes up top for using the existing screws (I had to remove the washer and lock washer to install). You might want to consider getting slightly longer screws. FWIW, the screw holes are quite tight and I had to thread the bolts through. Print Settings Printer: Raise3D N2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: I used PETG, but plan to switch to ABS eventually. I'm not sure if the heat will affect softer materials, so it's best to err on the side of caution.
