If you decide to modify your M150 by linking Z motors using the Z motor link design found on Thingiverse under 2900617, be prepared to elevate the entire printer. A simple increase of 20mm is sufficient. You can achieve this with wooden blocks or rubber cubes. I designed these feet specifically for my Z-brace mod on the M150: a simple block with original feet cut out in Thinkercad (Thingiverse 1509637). The purpose behind these custom feet is to print them using TPU or similar rubber-like filament, which reduces vibrations significantly. Configure your slicer as you see fit; I personally use a 35% hexagon infill with 4 perimeters, 5 top and 5 bottom layers, but feel free to experiment based on your material's properties.
