When fitting the Anti Z Wobble coupler, I found that the distance between the object and the coupler was too small so I took some steps to increase the height between the ZWobble thingi and the coupler. I increased the bed using these adjustable blocks - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1490698 Then I discovered that the leveling screw was not long enough, so I made these extenders - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1574094 I found that the LM8UU bearings on the Y axis rods were starting to make grooves in the rod, so I printed these blocks+bearings and included the bed raising feature in them - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1605437. There are 2 versions, one with and one without the bed raising mod. The silence of the Y bearings is great, and no more grooves have formed. When they wear out, I already have a spare set printed. I still needed a bit more height, so I made these to be fitted as shown. They "raise" the bed by 5 mm and fit without the motors touching the table. A Sketchup file is included for anyone who wants to adjust the height. I also replaced those aluminum couplers with new ones and printed these instead. They work beautifully with hardly any wobble - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1651349 Printer Settings: * Printer: Geeetech Full Metal Aluminum * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2 * Infill: 15% * Notes: This increases the bed height by 5mm. I have included Sketchup files for anyone who wants to decrease or increase the height. Post-Printing: Just fit these as shown in the picture. They should be used together with those - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1574094, or the leveling screw may not be long enough.
