Raiscube no drill rigid top brace
thingiverse
The top corner brace by mikrom sparked a brilliant idea in me, but my printer's lack of extra space made it impossible to accommodate a bolt. So I took matters into my own hands and printed a few washers to create some much-needed space. The STL files are designed specifically for Raiscube R2 printers' frames, but I've also included my Fusion 360 file, complete with adjustable parameters that allow you to customize the design to fit your unique printer. Here's what you'll need to get started: - 8 M3x20 (or M3x25) bolts to secure the two corner braces in place. - 8 M3 nuts to keep everything tightly fastened. - 14 M3 printed washers - if you want to add some extra security on the opposite side, be sure to order another 8.
