Rain Fruit : RPG Item

I was rummaging through my old files one day and stumbled upon an illustration of a fruit that I had drawn ages ago. It immediately sparked an idea for a healing Role-Playing Game item - I envisioned a 3D model of this fruit that could be used to bring people back from the brink of death in-game. With some knowledge of 3D modeling, I knew it was possible to create this image into a fully realized 3D object. However, my brother isn't convinced by the idea - he thinks it's too strange to have a face on a fruit, and that it would be perceived as being conscious or feeling pain, which wouldn't make sense in the context of the game.
