This is an innovative design for a rain diverter, tailored specifically for small-diameter pipes measuring 60 mm in diameter, featuring a 32 mm exit. The diverter's concept revolves around collecting rainwater flowing along the pipe walls. Once the barrel reaches capacity, the 32mm exit pipe remains filled with water. This setup triggers the water to cascade over the inner "balcony" and flow downwards through the main pipe during heavy rainfall or when the barrel is completely full. UPDATE: Following further refinements, I discovered that the lower outside pipe initially lacked a secure outside stop, only making contact at one point. To rectify this issue, I made adjustments to ensure a snug fit all around, accompanied by additional fixes inside the system.
