These clamp-on rubber tubing 90deg elbows were designed for installation of rain barrel adapters for gutter downspouts. The rubber tubing that came with my kit had approx 1.25" diameter and fits on these flanged ends easily with a hose clamp to secure them. This was printed in white PETG for outdoor ruggedness.
