This is the lever switch for the train switch Fleischmann 6140 6141 with number 55 6044. If you can track one down online from Fleischmann, do so as I was unable to place an order online and had to print my own. I printed it using a 0.4mm nozzle in PLA, results are rough but functional. A 0.25 nozzle would likely produce better outcomes. Remember to use low layer heights since this is a small component!
