A solid concept in need of refinement. The printed parts are designed to operate independently, requiring no support structures. Attach the rails directly onto the portals. Pre-assembled HO containers can be found on Thingiverse at this URL: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:43910 Positioning is achieved by a single geared motor, while a second one handles lifting and lowering the containers. Still, there's more work to be done. Consider installing metal nuts inside the container and activating a coil to secure and lift it.
