A newbie to 3D printing and modeling, I created a railroad crossing sign for my son's request in AutoCAD Inventor. Being my first model, any feedback is appreciated! Upon exporting the STL file, I encountered an issue with Makerware importing it small; however, scaling resolved this problem. The hole size remained accurate. If anyone with Inventor experience could review my .ipt files to identify export errors, that would be great. I printed the sign with two shells and 75% infill, printing six at a time for better cooling and durability since my son can be rough on his toys. Having extra signs on hand will be useful.
