This is a custom adapter for my "FrankenHotEnd". I acquired a Micro-Swiss Creality hot end (the all-metal version), and fitted it with a Volcano heater block and nozzle. All components thread together seamlessly, creating a secure seal. A thermal image showcases the temperature gradient during a print job at 285C; the heat sink remains cool at 50C, situated very close to the hot end. With PLA at 210C, this results in an even cooler 30C on the heat sink. This adapter integrates the heat sink cooling fan directly. Attach the fan to its mount, then secure it to the Y carriage as normal. Next, insert two M3 screws through the mounting holes of the hot end and the cross bar, as depicted in the accompanying pictures. Later, I may introduce a version that doesn't necessitate the Volcano mod; however, for now, it requires alignment with the part cooling fans and BLTouch to function correctly.
