Tronxy X5S edition of Railcore II purchased, aluminum X carriages bought but printed ones can also be used. http://www.mandalaroseworks.com/product/railcore. Y carriage edited to accept M3 nuts instead of inserts and mirrored for Tronxy X5S "Home" orientation. Front idler wheels must be rearranged because belt path changes. Original front idlers posted had 4mm gap for plexi glass, now without gap. Fanduct used is this one, mirrored with green axis in Cura to fit new hotend position. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3367622. Two MGN12H rails at 450mm and one 500mm (cut to length) are required. Machifit rails from Banggood are recommended. https://banggood.app.link/bjFV5ps7y0. Idler rollers used were these, same as ones that came with X5SA. https://banggood.app.link/QNHSTEZYD0. Hotend used is a V6 version. Mellow quality liked but pick your favorite! https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33040074653.html. See photos for details on build. Update - 07.12.19: Direct drive extruder tested and concluded that this frame is too flimsy to handle, no stiffening of top section exists. L-shaped corner sections added, resulting in good consistent prints! https://banggood.app.link/cdDbT8wGe2. New motor mounts and stationary idlers will be uploaded for L brackets (marked L1) as well as direct drive BMG mount. Update - 05.01.20: Z axis motor and mounts moved inside the frame, parts uploaded. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4029552
