This is a custom setup designed for efficient printing and easy removal of the printed mount. Specifically crafted for the plastic mount, not the aluminum one, it features a 45-degree angle orientation and an integrated rib to provide additional support when printing at an angle. The rib was added after finding that standard supports setups often left small marks and didn't adequately hold the part in place during production. This resulted in loose and flapping parts with only a small corner starting the print. To solve this issue, I incorporated the rib which can be easily removed after printing is complete.
