Railcore Part Cooling Duct Remix

Disclaimer: These designs may not surpass the original cooling duct design by Hangtight, as he utilized simulation, whereas I didn't employ it at all. In fact, I haven't thoroughly tested them yet. These modifications are specifically tailored for the aluminum Y carriage only. I noticed that the original cooling duct seemed to be positioned too far back and thus wasn't centered around the nozzle. Following an unfortunate collision with a part, which necessitated re-printing one, I decided to see if I could rectify the alignment. I loaded jev's remixed STL into Fusion 360 and performed some mesh slicing and dicing, successfully extending the duct by 4mm, thereby better aligning the nozzle within the output area. Then I re-discovered the original Facebook post showcasing laminar flow simulations, and realized this initial offset appears to be a deliberate design choice. By that point, I had it mounted, and although it might be a placebo effect, the extended version seems to work more efficiently. One surprising discovery is that I get fewer "cotton candy" wisps when using a Nozzle X. I also created another variant that's 2mm shorter. Since no two RailCores are alike, one of these modifications might prove useful for someone else. Again, I don't claim these designs to be superior; test them yourself to form your own opinion.
