This is a replacement mount for Railcore 2 printers, specifically designed to address issues with the original X-stop mount. The problem lies in the switch actuator's alignment with the hole on the aluminum X Carriage, which can result in failure to trigger if there's even slight skewing of the mount. To resolve this, the new mount relocates the X-stop switch to a lower position on the carriage, ensuring the hole never interferes. I printed it using ABS without supports. Updated 10/4 Version 2 has further improved by isolating the end stop from the rail carriage screws, providing additional stability and reliability.
