Railcore II Y carriage for E3D Titan Aero and Blower Shroud

This is a brand new Y carriage for the Railcore 2 designed specifically to utilize the E3D Titan Aero extruder and a cutting-edge blower shroud constructed using the EBM-PAPST RLF35-8/14N 5cm blower. The package also includes a sturdy mount and protective cover for an IR auto leveling sensor, which has been thoroughly tested and functions flawlessly. To ensure optimal performance on your printer, simply align the parts accordingly. In addition to the Y carriage, I have incorporated essential components required for connecting the head via a breakout board. Two separate breakout boards were used - one for the Wanhao D6/D9 model and another for the 1m 20 lead ribbon cable. It's worth noting that the three-pin proximity probe connection on the board was not utilized as it is linked to a transistor and two resistors on the underside of the board. Furthermore, I elected not to run the heater connection through the ribbon cable. To further enhance print quality, an E3D Copper Volcano and brass nozzle were added to the assembly.
