Railcore II NEMA23 Stepper Mount Rear Riser
thingiverse
When attaching NEMA23 stepper motors with damper to my Railcore II ZLT, I found that the shaft of the rear stepper _just barely_ fit into the pulley. I created this riser to fit between the top extrusion and stepper mount, raising the stepper. It now fits better and more fully engages the pulley. Designed to work with the [NEMA23 stepper brackets from Mandala Rose Works](https://www.mandalaroseworks.com/product/railcore#nema23steppermounts). I used a 20mm M3 button-head bolt with a lock washer to fix the part to the printer. Without the washer, the bolt is just a little too long and bottoms out in the extrusion.
