I've created an adapter for ATX cable split boards on the back of Railcore II Titan Aero carriages by Empricus. It even has its own BL-Touch mounting point. The main goal is to eliminate all cables on top of the printer and achieve a flat, hidden setup to mount the top cover. Board dimensions are 34.4mm x 58.3mm. Feel free to design the board yourself or message me for more information.
