Update, May 3, 2020 ======= The previous print version of this component had a critical flaw where the ptfe tube could easily ratchet through the fitting during printing, causing the wire bundle to shorten and potentially resulting in skipped steps or breakage. To resolve this issue, the printed part now securely captures the bowden tube, eliminating the risk of it passing through. Important note: Many M10 pneumatic coupler fittings sold are actually threaded for 1/8" BSP. The printed component is designed with a 1/8" BSP thread to ensure compatibility. This updated design combines a pneumatic M10 bowden tube fitting and cable loom holder, specifically tailored for the railcore system. No supports are required during printing, and the M10 fitting is designed to thread directly into the printed part. For optimal results, print at 0.15mm layer height to achieve better threading.
