The heat has been intense lately, so I took the initiative to install a cooling system in my electronics enclosure. A printable front panel was designed to accommodate a 40mm fan, which I recommend setting up to blow air outwards, allowing it to draw in cool air from the bottom of the enclosure. I've uploaded the Fusion 360 file for you to modify if needed, including an inside cover that prevents cables from touching the fan blades. The text is recessed, giving you the option to create a dual-color effect by switching filament mid-print. I found that bridging the text worked flawlessly, and you could also backlight it using transparent filament. I printed the panel with Paramount Matte Black PLA and Prusa Mystic Green for the text on a power-coated bed, resulting in a finish that matches my kit panels perfectly. Keep in mind to check your fan's voltage; most 40mm fans operate at 12V, not 24V.
