Railcore 300ZL and 300ZLT Door Panel Side Hinges - Factory Bolts

This is a remix of lostapathy's outstanding door design. This panel side hinge enables you to use the "factory bolts" included in the Filastruder kit instead of replacing them with longer ones which necessitates partial assembly of the printer. The hinge friction fits over the nyloc nuts and remains securely in place while functioning as a drill guide. To install, drill two holes into the HDPE panel using a 3/32 drill bit at the location of the two holes in this hinge. You can mark them with a punch or marker or simply drill the holes with the hinge friction mounted onto the nuts (I employed the latter method). I used M3x16mm flat head bolts to self-tap into the 3/32 hole, but button head will work just as well. All other components and assembly instructions can be found on lostapathy's thing page.
