Railcore 300 and 300ZLT Doors
thingiverse
These are open-source doors for the Railcore 300ZL and Railcore 300ZLT. You will need two copies of the appropriately sized door for your machine, four hinges (two parts each), and two door pulls. The hinges are designed so that the side facing away from the machine should be printed on the bed, with both halves facing inwards. The hinges attach to the frame using the same bolts as the front panel, so you'll need to replace those bolts with longer ones. They are designed to use the same longer hex bolts used in other parts of the build. To assemble the hinges, screw two M3 screws into the hinge body - something between 20-25mm long will work. You don't need a lot of engagement for this application. The hinges attach to the door with M3x16mm bolts and nyloc nuts. To secure them further, use an M3 fender washer against the acrylic to spread the load of the screw out. Each door pull needs two brass heatset inserts (same as the BOM) and M3x8mm screws (with fender washers) to secure it to the doors. When mounting the doors, assemble everything loosely first. Then work on the door alignment while tightening everything up. There is some play in the parts that you can adjust to get everything perfectly aligned.
