Rail Mount Organizer for Cycling Training Table

Rail Mount Organizer for Cycling Training Table

I designed a modular rail mounting system for my indoor cycling trainer table. The system consists of a rail that I attached to a piece of 3/4-inch pine using two double-sided 3M adhesive squares. The 3/4-inch pine features a pipe and pipe flange mounted underneath, allowing me to clamp it securely into my bike work stand. The modules I created are customized to meet my specific needs. I have an iPhone 11 with a case attached, along with several long Anker cables - including Lightning and micro USB varieties - a TaoTronics wireless headphone charging case, and multiple remote controls (an old Samsung TV and Roku). I also utilize some of the modules to hold a gel pack and an old Apple TV remote. I provided the master file so you can remix more modules or modify the rail to fit your table. Simply print the rail and attach whatever type of box suits your needs to the other bracket. The modules were printed in Inland PLA+ at 0.15mm layer height using Cura with adaptive layers enabled. All prints were completed without side supports for maximum strength in the rail/bracket. Even the rail was printed standing upright, secured by a brim for optimal adhesion. If your printer struggles with bridging, you may require support. Feel free to post your creations and remixes!
