Covers for 21mm rail: add some color to your gun or protect those rails. I used STANAG 4694 metric dimensions, which are standard. Two size options are available: 8x28 and 6x26 mm (HxW), along with two designs: A, featuring a flat bottom and side grooves (easier to print - no bridges, solid first layer), or B, with bottom grooves (5 mm bridges, multi-element first layer). They are 205mm long; you can modify them in Fusion or cut the STL file or printed parts. Print these covers with elastic material. Results include: SBS (best), PETG (not bad either) and ABS (either too rigid to remove or too loose). For a perfect match, print with negative horizontal expansion (-0.05mm for SBS, -0.1mm for PETG). Cheap airsoft guns usually have smaller rails; I even printed one cover with +0.1mm expansion. For less elastic material, decrease by 0.1mm. Flip the Z-axis in your slicer!
