This connector is compatible with most wooden train toy sets, including Thomas the Tank Engine. I designed it to work seamlessly with my other rail designs, offering maximum flexibility in terms of connections without worrying about male-to-male or female-to-female compatibility issues. To achieve this, everything has been made female, and these male-male connectors have been added. The SolidWorks file is compatible with SW2015, while the STEP file is available for users who cannot read SW2015 files.
