Rail Adapter Sleeve

Rail Adapter Sleeve

I have a Model 60 from 1977, and while this adapter may be designed for newer models, it doesn't fit my printer very well at all. The adapter was too loose, even when the screws were tightened completely. When the screws are fully tightened, the bottom rail becomes too narrow to accommodate any accessories, so I created a sleeve that fits inside the adapter to provide a snugger fit and wider rail. To ensure a proper fit, I recommend using horizontal size compensation, as the sleeve may be too tight when printed with standard settings. I used a Horizontal Size Compensation setting of -0.50 and achieved a perfect fit. I also modified the 3-rail design by removing the sight relief and adding reliefs for M3 nuts and button head hex screws.
