Here's how you can assemble a replica of Guts' sword as captain of the raiders in The Band of the Hawk. When printed at default size, the sword will be 75" long once assembled with 6 middle pieces and the handle extension. This design is meant to fit over 1/2" electrical conduit. To ensure a smooth assembly process, it's recommended that you print the handle extension first as a test piece to verify that the hole in the middle fits correctly. I printed mine on my Ender 3 Pro with build series PLA and found that they fit perfectly. When assembled, these pieces should slide easily but still fit snugly. To secure them in place, apply brush-on super glue to the conduit, then slide the pieces onto it.
