These are the ball and socket joints used for the Rahtro figure, also posted here on thingiverse. The head hole has a 4 mm diameter. The arm and leg holes each have 5 mm diameters. The distance between the edge of the ball and the arm/leg should be 1.5 mm. If you use these joints in your own figures, then they will be compatible with other figures in the Rahtro collection and any other figures that use the same measurements. They are designed to work with PLA, if a different material is used, then the slot widths could be different. I would like to try with TPU at some point... The slots in the middle of the balls are to allow the ball to compress briefly as enters the socket. The sockets have some rectangular projections on the sides to provide some friction as the joint is rotated.
