Rage Face Filament Guide
thingiverse
# Boring Story Time I built the Prusa V2 enclosure, but mounted a single spool on top as I don't have the MMU upgrade. However, I drilled the filament hole off-center... which made me rage. I thought it was fitting that I use a rage face to cover the incorrectly positioned hole. It certainly felt appropriate as I spent hours trying to work through Blender's bull ****. ## Files Present * RageGuideBolt.stl - Short bolt, print for mounting on a hollowed out Ikea lack table. Drill hole needs to be approximately 9mm. 12mm bolt head. * RageGuideBoltLong.stl - Long bolt, 50mm shank, print for mounting on a full thickness Ikea lack table. Drill hole needs to be approximately 9mm. 16mm bolt head. * RageGuideTest.stl - Small test block to ensure the bolt will thread into the head using your slicer settings * RageGuide.stl - Pissed off filament guide ### Printing I used 5% infill for the head as this part doesn't need any strength. I used PETG and no supports to print it. I suspect just about any plastic should work fine. I printed the bolt at 30% infill. Print a bolt and the test block first. Verify the bolt threads into the block. When satisfied with your bolt, print the head.
