Measure radii precisely. These custom tools were designed exclusively for measuring fillets between surfaces that form a right angle or less. This specialized design ensures accurate radius matches, although 90-degree edges may restrict some applications. This project was as much about mastering Fusion sketches and constraints as it was about achieving the final part. The tool is entirely parametric in Fusion, allowing for effortless adjustments. I might have overdone it with the constraints, but they were necessary to achieve precision. The numbers are simply inserted into free-form designs, ensuring flexibility.
