radius gauge with minor tweaks

This is a revised take on Grant Stevens' original radius gauge found at [Thingiverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/grantstevens/about).\r\n\r\nTo use, lightly touch the tool's three disks against a curved surface and read the radius on the dial.\r\n\r\nWhile I think Grant's idea and design were pure genius, there was still room for minor tweaks:\r\n* I opted for a more attractive font because it simply looked nicer.\r\n* I added units (only centimeters) since multiples of 0.9144 meters or 36 inches just aren't necessary.\r\n* The text now protrudes less from the main design.\r\n\r\nFor the STLs included, I used a bolder version for printing and especially to ensure that the "cm" label looked clear in pictures.
