Radius Gauge
thingiverse
A radius gauge is utilized for determining an object's radius, whether inside or outside curves. The guage offers radii ranging from 20 to 69mm, in increments of 1mm. The files are labeled by radius and include Plate30.stl for gauges between 30-39mm. To use the gauge, print the desired plate, stack its gauges, measure the thickness, then choose a matching bracket (e.g., bracket19_5.stl for a 19.5mm thickness). Secure with a M3 x 25mm flathead screw like this one. The multiple bracket versions cater to variations in build platform leveling. For optimal visibility, use dark, opaque filament like black or blue. Print at 0.2mm layer height, 20% infill, and 2 extra shells (total of 3).
