radius gauge

The equation was barely legible on the original design, making it impossible to read even with default settings on a Prusa MK2/3 printer. To resolve this issue, I modified the font in Tinkercad to increase its size and make it more visible. Although some improvements could be made, I've decided to use the modified design as-is for now. My caliper has a couple of screws at the end that require me to force the micrometer into place excessively hard. It's also puzzling why those screw holes were included in the first place. The top screw hole makes it more challenging to print and may leave sagging loops near the hole that need to be trimmed away.
