I wanted to be able to swap 18650s. They go in TIGHT. I used spring clips for AA batteries you can find just about anywhere (amazon/ebay). The end caps are optional. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! If you put the batteries in the wrong way you may fry your radio. I used petg .2 layer height 30% infill, 5 walls but you could probably do whatever combo you like. Definitely need supports but I would block supports where the attachment tabs are.
