This is a longer stick end for the Radiomaster TX16S for pincher style control. To remove the stock stick ends loosen the hex nut on top of the stick ends with an 2 mm hex screw driver a bit and then unscrew the sticks with your hand. Then simply screw the longer ones on until they tighten up.
