I crafted a sleek visor out of plexiglass for my RV radio several years ago. Now that I have access to a 3D printer, it was high time for a superior radio shield. This sun shroud clips onto the bezel/frame and didn't require any double-sided tape for my needs. Printed with the bezel hook tabs lying flat on the build platform ensures better adhesion. The design files are available in two sizes, 199mm and 190mm wide.
