Radio Shack Theremin Box

I'd love to update the design for you, so tell me the outer diameter of the Radio Shack speaker in this kit. I built the box after losing track of the speaker, so it's designed for a 32mm speaker as it stands now. To give us more flexibility, I added another speaker mount that can accommodate speakers up to 52mm in diameter - you can find these at the Dollar Store for just $1! They come in little amplifier balls. I recently bought a Radio Shack Theremin to experiment with and see if I could control it using my "RoboGuts S.T.E.A.M. Education Program" for another X-Project. While I haven't gotten any great results yet, the little box makes playing with the Theremin even more fun. Take a look at how I added an LED into the hole above the photoresistor - I used a 3-color LED, but probably would get better results with a plain white LED. That's something I'll try next time I get one. I'm using this project as a chance to learn about Electronic Components, Structured Computer Programming, Phonemes for Speech & Song in any language, and Art. My goal is to create intelligent content for 3D printing through my S.T.E.A.M. Education Program - check out http://www.r2pv1.com/ for more info. The Radio Shack Theremin Sirens are pretty cool!
