To adjust for varied switch screw spacing, I scaled the design slightly, providing more room for the mic capsule within the rubber shell. Using Blender's sculpt tool, I modified the screws to have reinforced bases. An alternative idea is a nylon cable tie version; however, finding long screws can be challenging. Additionally, rotating the cover reduces its support requirements, with a completely flat version also being an appealing option for improved appearance post-printing.
